Platform

What is Collablynx?

Collablynx is a product family for operations intelligence, policy-aware orchestration, and governed AI documentation. Vantage, Cadence, and DocuForge can be evaluated and purchased independently or used together.

How do the three products work together?

Vantage organizes operational signals, Cadence governs scheduled and repeatable execution, and DocuForge creates structured documentation and evidence. Each product maintains its own authorization boundary.

Can an organization purchase only one or two products?

Yes. Central entitlements allow an organization to purchase and assign one, two, or all three products. The product launcher shows only products the user is authorized to access.

Does one customer account work across products?

The approved architecture uses one Microsoft Entra External ID customer identity and one MFA experience. Each product still creates its own secure session and verifies entitlements server-side.

Deployment and environments

Which environments are represented?

The public product model includes Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, on-premise, private cloud, mainframe, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Exact connector availability must be confirmed for the purchased product and edition.

Are cloud and mainframe credentials entered into the website?

No. Cloud and mainframe connections should use approved machine identities, roles, service accounts, agents, gateways, certificates, or workload identity patterns. The public WordPress site must not collect infrastructure passwords.

Where is customer data stored?

Storage location depends on the product, purchased deployment, region, connected service, and contractual configuration. Data residency and subprocessor details should be confirmed in the applicable order and data-processing documents.

Are private connectivity options available?

Private connectivity depends on the deployed product architecture and customer requirements. Exact network options are reviewed during technical evaluation and documented in authenticated implementation materials.

Security and privacy

How is MFA enforced?

The target identity design centralizes MFA in Microsoft Entra External ID and supports governance through authentication and Conditional Access policies. Product applications are intended to avoid duplicate MFA enrollment unless an approved step-up control requires it.

Can users share a customer login?

No. Every authorized user must use an individual account. Credentials, MFA methods, tokens, session cookies, and assigned seats may not be shared, pooled, rented, or transferred to bypass licensing or authorization.

Is Collablynx HIPAA-enabled by default?

No. PHI may be processed only when Collablynx and the customer execute the required agreements, the order expressly authorizes PHI, and the approved product, region, identity, logging, retention, backup, and provider configuration are in place.

Does Collablynx use customer content to train public AI models?

Collablynx policy states that Customer Content is not used to train generalized public models without express written authorization. Actual provider behavior and retention depend on the customer-approved route and contract.

Licensing and access

Who is authorized to use an individual license?

For an individual or single-user plan, the purchaser is the sole Authorized User unless Collablynx approves a permanent reassignment. Organizational plans allow the subscribing organization to assign purchased seats to individually named users.

Can seats be rotated among many users?

Seat reassignment may be allowed for legitimate personnel changes, but seats may not be continuously rotated, pooled, or shared to avoid purchasing the required number of licenses.

What happens when a subscription expires?

Access may be restricted or suspended according to the subscription terms. Data availability, export windows, retention, and deletion are governed by the applicable agreement and product configuration.

How are roles managed?

The organization assigns product and administrative roles, while each product enforces the permissions associated with those roles. Sensitive actions should require explicit roles and may require step-up authentication or approval.

Products

Does Vantage replace every monitoring tool?

Vantage should be evaluated against the customer’s required telemetry, dashboards, integrations, operational workflows, and existing tools. The public site should not claim full replacement unless the specific required capabilities are verified.

Can Cadence require approvals before execution?

Cadence is positioned around policy-aware schedules, approvals, separation of duties, maintenance windows, notifications, and repeatable execution. Exact approval capabilities depend on the released product edition.

Which document types does DocuForge support?

DocuForge is designed for structured enterprise artifacts across architecture, requirements, security, project management, operations, and go-to-market documentation. Exact formats and catalog entries depend on the purchased edition and release.

Do AI-generated documents require human review?

Yes. AI-assisted output should be reviewed by qualified users before it is relied on for legal, healthcare, financial, employment, regulatory, security, or other high-impact decisions.

Support

How do prospects ask a product question?

Use the public Product Inquiry or Request Demo journey. The header keeps Request Demo as the primary public action, while general product inquiry remains available in the footer.

How do existing customers request support?

Authorized customers should use the customer portal when available. The public Product Support page is intended for product, account-access, and subscription-routing questions and should never receive passwords, tokens, keys, or regulated data.

Where are implementation documents located?

Detailed implementation, administrator, connector, API, download, troubleshooting, and tenant-specific documents are provided through authenticated customer documentation.

How are security concerns reported?

Security issues should be reported through the published security contact or responsible-disclosure path. Do not include exploit details or sensitive customer data in a general marketing form.
