OUR APPROACH
Accessibility is part of product quality, not a one-time checklist.
1. Accessibility target
Collablynx uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as its current design and evaluation target for web experiences where applicable.
This statement describes a target and an improvement program; it is not a blanket claim that every page, third-party integration, document, historical asset, or product workflow has completed formal WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance testing. When Collablynx publishes a formal conformance claim or Accessibility Conformance Report, the claim will identify the tested scope, version, date, and known exceptions.
2. Accessibility measures
Design and engineering practices may include, as appropriate to the interface:
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, buttons, links, and form controls.
- Keyboard access for interactive functions and visible focus indicators.
- Labels, instructions, required-field indicators, and understandable validation feedback for forms.
- Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and appropriate treatment of decorative imagery.
- Color and contrast choices designed to preserve readability and avoid conveying essential meaning by color alone.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom, text resizing, reflow, and a range of viewport sizes.
- Controls designed with adequate target size and spacing where practical.
- Motion and animation patterns that respect reduced-motion preferences where implemented.
- Descriptive page titles, link purpose, navigation labels, and consistent component behavior.
- Accessible status, error, notification, and dialog patterns as product components evolve.
3. Public website and product accessibility
The public Collablynx website is intended to make product, pricing, security, legal, and resource information available without requiring specialized input methods. Authenticated products—including Vantage, Cadence, DocuForge, and the customer portal—may contain denser operational interfaces, dashboards, tables, charts, editors, scheduling controls, or generated documents that require additional accessibility design and testing.
Product accessibility can vary by product version, feature, browser, assistive technology, third-party component, and customer configuration. Accessibility requirements that are material to a procurement or regulated deployment should be identified during product evaluation so the applicable scope can be reviewed.
4. Evaluation and continuous improvement
Collablynx may use a combination of automated checks, code review, design-system controls, keyboard testing, responsive testing, manual inspection, and assistive-technology testing where practical. Automated tools are useful for identifying some accessibility issues but do not establish full conformance on their own.
Accessibility defects are prioritized based on impact, frequency, affected workflow, availability of an alternative path, and release risk. New design-system components should be reviewed before widespread adoption so improvements can propagate consistently across products.
5. Third-party content and integrations
Collablynx experiences may link to or integrate with third-party identity providers, payment services, cloud platforms, AI providers, documentation, embedded media, or other external technology. Collablynx does not control every accessibility characteristic of independent third-party services.
Where Collablynx selects and embeds a third-party component directly into a Collablynx-controlled experience, accessibility is considered as part of product and vendor evaluation. Where a customer selects or configures an external integration, the customer's selected provider may also affect the end-to-end accessibility experience.
6. Known limitations and remediation
Complex software changes over time, and accessibility limitations may be discovered in existing or newly released content. Collablynx does not represent that no accessibility defects exist.
If a limitation prevents access to important product information or a customer workflow, please report it. When feasible, Collablynx will work to provide an alternative path or accessible format while the underlying issue is evaluated and remediated.
7. Accessibility feedback and assistance
We welcome specific feedback about barriers encountered on Collablynx-controlled pages or product experiences. A useful report includes the URL or product, the task you were trying to complete, browser and assistive technology if relevant, and a description of the problem.
For public-site accessibility feedback, use the Product Inquiry form. Existing customers may also use Product Support for product-specific accessibility issues. Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, private keys, PHI, or other sensitive information in an accessibility report unless an approved secure support channel specifically requests it.
Collablynx will route accessibility reports for review and will respond according to the nature, severity, available information, and applicable support commitment.
8. Accessibility information for customers and procurement teams
For enterprise evaluations, Collablynx can provide available product accessibility information appropriate to the released product and requested scope. Where a formal accessibility assessment, VPAT-based Accessibility Conformance Report, or equivalent artifact has been completed, Collablynx will identify the exact product version and assessment scope rather than implying broader coverage.
Customer-specific requirements should be documented in the applicable Order or other written agreement when they are a condition of purchase or deployment.
9. Updates to this statement
This statement may be updated as product accessibility work, standards, testing practices, or legal requirements evolve. The review date above identifies the current published version.
